What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading engaging individual and group activities.
- Encourage resident participation while creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Support resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans and activity goals.
- Help coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, outings, and recreational programs.
- Document resident participation and communicate changes or concerns with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, healthcare, or senior living is preferred but not required.
- A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, reference check, and licensure verification (if applicable).
- Current tuberculosis (TB) testing.
- Employee health screening (completed after hire).
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
