What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized plans of care based on physician orders and client needs
- Monitor client progress and communicate changes with the supervising PT and care team
- Provide preventive and rehabilitative therapy interventions
- Educate clients and families on self-management, safety, and physical therapy needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other Haven clinicians to provide coordinated, client-centered care
- Participate in department meetings, in-services, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives
- Uphold Haven policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Current Missouri PTA license in good standing
- At least one year of PTA experience within the last three years
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and fellow team members
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
- Dependable transportation and a current driver’s license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
