What You'll Do
As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients
- Weekly medication setup
- Monthly diabetic nail care
- General health evaluations
- Skin assessments
- Nursing assessments
- Competitive compensation
- Flexible PRN schedule
- Pay: $26-$31 per hour, based on experience
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience within the last three (3) years
- Six (6) months of experience with Medicaid In-Home Services nursing preferred
- Geriatric nursing experience is helpful
