Role Description
The Business Development Representative is a full-time position and focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, including outreach to referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inside sales calls, generating and nurturing leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and scheduling meetings or presentations to promote Haven Health Management’s treatment programs. The representative collaborates closely with marketing and clinical teams to align messaging, track performance metrics, and support the development of partnerships that increase patient referrals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently with prospects, and representing the organization professionally at local events or meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including comfort with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging prospects and building relationships.
