Position Overview
Haven Built is seeking driven and personable Sales Associates to help generate new business, build customer relationships, and sell residential exterior remodeling projects.
This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential based on performance. We provide hands-on training, sales guidance, and the opportunity to learn the exterior remodeling industry.
Whether you have previous sales experience or are simply motivated to learn, we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a competitive mindset, and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
* Meet with homeowners to identify their roofing and exterior remodeling needs.
* Present Haven Built’s services, estimates, and project solutions to prospective customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and potential clients.
* Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and help move opportunities toward a signed contract.
* Maintain communication with management throughout the sales process.
* Represent Haven Built professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
* Identify opportunities for additional services, including roofing, decks, fences, siding, gutters, and more.
Compensation & Earning Potential
* 100% commission-based compensation.
* Uncapped earning potential.
* Commission earned on qualifying sales in accordance with the company’s written compensation agreement.
