Telecommunications Sales Associate

Atlanta Sales Group is seeking motivated Telecommunications Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. As a sales and development firm supporting AT&T solutions throughout Atlanta, we help customers find reliable smartphones, wireless services, and unlimited data plans that fit their everyday needs. As a Telecommunications Sales Associate, you’ll build trust with customers, answer questions, and make the process of choosing a new wireless solution simple and straightforward.

You’ll become knowledgeable about AT&T wireless services, smartphone features, unlimited data options, and device protection plans. You’ll speak directly with customers, learn about their needs, and recommend solutions that make sense for their lifestyle. No previous telecommunications experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Associate

• Meet with customers to understand their current wireless services and identify opportunities for an improved mobile experience with AT&T.
• Explain the benefits of AT&T wireless services, including unlimited data options, available plans, and device features.
• Review address-specific AT&T coverage and help customers understand the wireless services available in their area.
• Assist customers with device selection, account setup, and activation while ensuring they feel confident with their new service.
• Educate customers on available device protection, upgrades, and additional service options.
• Create a welcoming customer experience that positions our team as a trusted resource for AT&T wireless sales and enrollment in Atlanta.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach throughout every customer interaction.

Qualifications of the Telecommunications Sales Associate

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and understand how customers use their smartphones and wireless services.
• Ability to explain wireless services and smartphone features in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Prior Telecommunications Sales Associate experience is highly desirable.
• Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Positive attitude with a desire to develop professionally and grow within the company.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
