```Duties```
- Prepare and serve food & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure that the dining room & bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized
- Maintain knowledge of current food & drink offerings and specials
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress & bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food & drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
