How you’ll contribute
- Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or functions.
- Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
- Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Perform or assist with performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
- Assess and endure quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs.
- Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
- Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy. Additional requirements include:
Current CRT or RRT license in state of practice.
BCLS required.
ACLS preferred.
PALS preferred.
NRP preferred.
