Role Description The Salesperson / Inspector role is a full-time, on-site position in the following cities: Birmingham, Mobile, New Orleans / Baton Rouge, Hattiesburg. This role involves visiting customer locations to inspect for pest activity, identify potential problem areas, and recommend appropriate treatment plans and service options. The Salesperson / Inspector will communicate findings clearly, prepare service estimates, explain solutions, and follow up with customers to support ongoing pest prevention. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting inspections, documenting results, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with service technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The role also includes prospecting for new customers, building relationships within the community, and consistently meeting individual and team sales goals while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
