Hardscape Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in hardscape installation, enjoy leading a crew, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a hardscape installation crew.
- Read and execute project plans and layouts.
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Manage job site organization, materials, equipment, and daily workflow.
- Communicate with customers and management throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hardscape experience required.
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping and construction equipment.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM start time
- Full-time position
