Job Summary:

The Entry Level Seasonal Production role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations in the food production facility. This entry-level role involves operating basic equipment, handling food products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist in the production, packaging, and labeling of food products

· Operate and monitor basic production equipment

· Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies

· Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety standards

· Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

· Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of equipment and workstations

· Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished goods as needed

Additional Responsibilities

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

· High school diploma

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

· Provide necessary papers allowing holder to work legally in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills (understanding instructions and reporting issues)
• Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
• Time management skills and ability to keep up with production pace
• Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
