Organizing Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time, subcontracted, Organizing Specialist to support client projects by executing decluttering and organizing work within homes using the Company’s established methodology, systems and standards. This role is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality results by following a defined approach rather than individual organizing styles.
This is a part-time, year-round position with ongoing work available based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute decluttering, organizing, and setup tasks in client spaces Follow and implement the Company’s organizing methodology and standards Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect in all client environments Adapt to changing conditions while maintaining structure and progress Ensure spaces are left clean, functional, and aligned with client expectations Communicate questions, updates, or concerns to the Team Lead or Owner
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to follow established systems and processes (not personal methods) Professional, respectful, and client-focused demeanor Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team Comfortable working in a variety of home environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-40 lbs regularly Comfortable navigating stairs and transporting items Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the duration of a project
Important Notes
- All work must follow the Company’s organizing methodology and standards
- This is a part-time role, approximately 12-18 hours per week
- This is an independent contractor role This role does not include independently managing client projects Schedule and hours will vary based on project needs
