About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Treatment Coordinator to join our dream team.
This role is the heartbeat of our patient experience — guiding clients through consultations, building trust, and closing treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
You’ll help clients understand their options, feel comfortable, and stay excited throughout their aesthetic journey. This is both a sales and relationship-building position — perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a high-energy environment, and believes in the power of transformation.
What You’ll Do
- 💬 Meet with new and existing patients to assess goals and recommend the best treatment plans
- 📞 Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads through education and authentic connection
- 💸 Present pricing, financing options, and confidently close treatment plans (training provided)
- 🗓️ Coordinate consultations, procedures, and pre/post-care visits with our clinical team
- 💻 Maintain patient records, follow-ups, and pipeline management in our CRM (Go High Level, Boulevard)
- 🤝 Translate for Spanish-speaking clients to ensure clarity and comfort throughout their journey
- 🌟 Represent the Haus of Confidence brand with professionalism, warmth, and energy
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in aesthetic sales, plastic surgery coordination, or luxury consultative sales
- Confidence in making treatment recommendations and presenting value to clients
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence — you know how to connect
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who loves aesthetics, personal growth, and helping others feel their best
Applicants without prior experience in cosmetic or medical aesthetics sales will not be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary: $4,000/month Uncapped Commission
💵 Realistic Annual Compensation: $60,000–$150,000
