A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TREATMENT COORDINATOR
As a Treatment Coordinator, you promote practice growth while performing all duties related to welcoming, educating, and starting new patients into our orthodontic family. Providing great customer service is your priority as you present and explain treatment plans to patients, answering any questions with empathy. You ensure a smooth streamline of communication in our office by taking phone calls, responding to text messages, and sending emails promptly. In discussions regarding patient finances, you are transparent and understanding as you work with them to set up payments and start contracts. You also maintain clear and accurate communication with the patient's other dental providers and medical doctors.
Your leadership ability is put to great use as you lead our team in morning and evening huddles with the goal of motivating us to succeed. You build relationships with your coworkers and patients, becoming a trustworthy point of contact for any and all patient or doctor needs. Working closely with the supervising orthodontist, you ensure all patient needs are met. You keep orderly records, run reports, and follow up with patients or other health professionals to keep our office on track. Leveraging your communication skills, you travel to other offices to build relationships and market our treatments. You love seeing your hard work pay off as our patients and team are happy, and our practice is thriving!
TREATMENT COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate
On-site training will be available for inexperienced candidates! Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you highly organized and goal-oriented? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people? Do you present yourself professionally? Are you trustworthy and respectful of others and their personal information? Do you have a contagiously positive attitude? If yes, we want to meet you!
