We litigate high-impact employment cases throughout California, including wage-and-hour individual and representative actions, as well as matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination.We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney with a minimum of 4 years of California employment law experience to join our growing plaintiff-side practice.The RoleYou will work closely with the firm’s partners and play a substantive role in employment litigation, including:Litigating single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA mattersDrafting complaints, pleadings, and written discoveryTaking and defending depositionsManaging discovery and analyzing payroll and timekeeping dataDrafting and arguing motionsParticipating in mediations and settlement negotiationsCommunicating directly with clientsAssisting with class certification and settlement approval This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and involvement in litigation strategy from the outset.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of California employment law experienceExcellent writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyEducation & LicensureJuris Doctor (J.D.)Active member in good standing of the California State BarWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceRemote work arrangementHands-on litigation experience and client contactA collaborative, non-hierarchical boutique environmentLong-term growth opportunities in a respected plaintiff-side practiceTo apply: Please submit a resume and brief cover letter.*No phone calls or recruiters please*
