Job description
This position’s primary purpose is to develop customer base for crane and rigging services. This person would be responsible for Crane Rental Sales, Project Estimating & Management. Areas would include but not limited to SF Bay Area. The candidate must meet or exceed monthly budgeted rental revenue goals, consumable revenue, and growth of customer base.
Administrative
Ø Prepare daily sales calls/progress reports documentation.
Ø Develop weekly sales forecasts.
Ø Manage business related expenses.
Ø Computer skills are a must!
Interpersonal
Ø Bilingual would be ideal.
Ø Effectively interface with Company field personnel and departments as they affect sales responsibilities.
Ø Respond to customer calls at all times of the day and night.
Ø Possess strong communication, organizational, & time management skills.
Ø Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation, & ability to work in a team environment.
Ø Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, & sales activity information.
Sales
Ø Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market and projects that assures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Ø Provides timely, accurate competitive pricing on all opportunities submitted from customers, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
Ø Maintain accurate records of all quotes, pricings, sales, and activities reports
Ø Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
Ø Controls expenses to meet company guidelines and budgets
Ø Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Ø Promote and participate in leading safety as a company core value
Ø Prospect qualified leads, acquire new accounts and deliver profitable projects
Ø Manage customers, contacts and all sales activities
Ø Become proficient in crane selection, rigging selection and layouts including competency in use of 3D Lift-Planner software
Essential Job Requirements:
Ø Completion of a background check, drug screen, & physical required.
Ø 1-3 Years of experience in sales
Ø Current and valid Driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits:
