BOH POSITIONS:
- BOH line cooks : Have a blast and flex your muscle in our fast-paced kitchen line positions. If you like mixing it up from day to day, you'll love flex-training on our line! Administer the burn on the dip Station where perfect fried chicken is baptized in hot lava, dose our delicious sides and desserts, build the world's best sandwiches and assemble it all into plates and orders fit for cameras or the five senses.
- BOH fry cooks : The fryer station is at the heart of every Hattie B's, and great fry cooks are highly valued here! You'll maintain the storage, rotation, and labeling of raw chicken, prepare fried and grilled chicken to Hattie B's specifications and manage production volumes to keep chicken fresh while avoiding waste.
- BOH prep cooks: Our "chef-iest" kitchen role is also one of the most important since you'll be responsible for preparing our delicious side items and desserts. Use step-by-step video recipe guides to prep and assemble perfect pans every time, while following food-safety guidelines to keep our guests and team members safe. You'll help manage product inventory and receiving, too!
