We’re hiring a General Manager to lead the store, drive sales, and deliver a high-level customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front on the sales floor
- Drive revenue and team performance
- Coach and develop a small team
- Oversee daily store operations and merchandising
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of retail management experience
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Professional presence and customer focus
- Experience in apparel or specialty retail preferred
What We Offer
- Salary $65,000-$70,000
- Bonus – performance based – up to 30% of base
