What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Manager - Self Storage position at Stack & Store Self Storage?
As an Assistant Self Storage Manager, you will be assigned a home facility but should expect to work at a variety of different properties in Harford County. You will work in partnership with other Stack & Store team members to oversee the day-to-day operations. This includes:
- show and rent storage units
- collect and manage customer payments
- facility maintenance
- regular communication with management
An ideal candidate for Stack & Store will have the following qualities:

- good with numbers
Other Requirements:
- Previous experience with storage or property management is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma is required and additional post-graduation education is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driver record is required.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to drive U-Haul vehicles, including box trucks.
- This position requires physical activity and the ability to walk distances on a daily basis.
- This is a full-time 40 hour a week position that requires Saturdays as part of your weekly schedule.
