Hathaway Hill, a premier, bustling equestrian facility caring for 50 horses, is seeking a passionate, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Morning Routine: Efficient feeding, turnout, and safe handling of horses.
Stall Maintenance: Mucking and cleaning stalls to high standards.
Health Monitoring: Observing herd health and reporting any details to management.
General Barn Tasks: Keeping aisles and common areas clean.
Requirements:
*Must be able to handle physically demanding, fast-paced work.
*Close attention to detail regarding equine safety and care.
*Must be available weekends (morning focus, occasional evening).
This position begins with a paid, one-week working trial, followed by a formal 30-day review of performance and compensation to align with your experience level.
