This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive at Hatcher Insurance, located in Orlando, FL. The Account Executive will manage and maintain client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide customized insurance solutions. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting insurance proposals, handling client inquiries, addressing policy changes, assisting with risk management strategies, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members and clients to deliver tailored insurance services effectively.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and close sales
• Experience in insurance account management, including property and casualty, surety bonding, or personal lines
• Understanding of insurance policies, risk management principles, and claims handling
• Problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in industry tools and software
• State of Florida insurance licenses for Property & Casualty, or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in client-focused roles and knowledge of Orlando's insurance market are a plus
