Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through turnover
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Prepare and present WIP reports, cost projections, and profit forecasts
- Coordinate manpower planning with field leadership and superintendents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules of values
- Review estimates, scopes, drawings, addenda, and contract documents
- Oversee daily project coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget
- Approve vendor invoices and ensure accurate financial controls
- Serve as a senior point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 8 years of experience in design-build electrical construction
- Strong understanding of estimating means and methods
- Experience with Accubid or similar estimating software preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of NEC, low-voltage systems, and OSHA requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working from a primary office location with travel to project sites as needed
