Required Skills

Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud healthcare workloads.
Background supporting Radiology, Cardiology, and Enterprise Imaging programs.
Project management experience leading enterprise healthcare technology initiatives.
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, healthcare IT, or project management.
Experience with image archive migrations involving multi-petabyte datasets.
Day To Day Responsibilities
Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of Sectra PACS cloud migration initiatives.
Develop migration roadmaps, technical architectures, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Analyze current-state on-premises Sectra environments and design future-state cloud-based solutions.
Coordinate with Sectra, cloud providers, healthcare IT teams, and third-party vendors throughout the migration lifecycle.
Oversee data migration activities, including image archives, metadata validation, system testing, and cutover planning.
Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption to clinical operations during migration efforts.
Design and optimize enterprise imaging workflows, storage architectures, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
Validate integration points with Epic, RIS, EMR, VNA, modality devices, and ancillary clinical systems.
Provide technical leadership for DICOM, HL7, IHE, and image exchange workflows.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Establish governance, operational standards, and documentation for cloud-hosted PACS environments.
Support compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts for enterprise imaging platforms.

- 3 years of experience architecting or leading Sectra PACS implementations, upgrades, or cloud migration projects.
- Strong expertise with Sectra PACS architecture and enterprise imaging environments.
- Experience migrating healthcare applications and imaging data from on-premises infrastructure to cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of:
- DICOM
- HL7
- IHE profiles
- Image lifecycle management
- Storage and archive strategies
- Experience integrating PACS with Epic, RIS, EMR, and VNA platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, security, and disaster recovery practices.
