Required Skills
- Cerner Clinical Informatics and Project Management Experience
- Baccalaureate degree required plus clinical relevant experience
- 4 years in a clinical acute care setting or outpatient services plus minimum 2 years of healthcare informatics experience (6 yrs experience)
- BSN
- Informatics Certification (ANCC, CPHIMS, CAHIMS) and Six Sigma LEAN preferred
- PM skills and operational knowledge of healthcare demonstrated workflow processes in a clinical setting required
- Microsoft Office and Project
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
- Responsible for understanding clinical requirements in a healthcare setting and translating those into formal specifications for clinical technology products/services
- Leads selections, design, testing, training and implementation of Informatics related projects
- Maintains overall project plan, including monitoring analysis, design, implementation or project
- Serves as Informatics expert
- Coordinates daily operational activities as an expert and mentor
- Leverages clinical systems to support standardized workflow and processes
- Responsible for training end users on clinical systems and functionalities and workflows
- Utilize process improvement and change management skills to promote improved quality and process efficiencies
Salary : $65 - $70
