You will own the day-to-day operation of the labs, the facility, and the site as a whole, deliver an excellent resident experience, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and building stakeholders. You will also lead the site's Community Coordinator. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role with significant room to grow as the site scales. It reports to the Director of Operations.
