What are the responsibilities and job description for the Liquor Store Sales Associate position at Hat Trick Liquors?
Hat Trick Liquors is seeking experienced employee for a full time or part time position. We are a small, locally owned store looking for someone who is hard-working, positive with knowledge of craft beer or wine. We have a long list of regular, friendly customers, so it is important the applicant be welcoming and outgoing.
Job type: Full-time
Salary: $16-$20 an hour
Primary Duties
· Stocking/facing shelves of beer, wine, spirits, and miscellaneous items
· Customer service focus and expertise with a desire to sell
· Cashiering
· Answering customer questions, making recommendations
· Abiding by all state/federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco
· Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
· Maintaining cleanliness of the store
· Perform product sampling for customers
· Perform all duties listed in job description, as well as any additional duties as directed by the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty
Job requirements
· 21 years of age or older
· Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
· Ability to lift 30-50lbs on a regular basis
· Willing to learn more about wine, beer, and spirits
· Outgoing, positive attitude

Experience
· 1 year of dedicated experience in retail sales (required)
· 3 months of dedicated experience in the liquor/wine industry (preferred)
