Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Assist customers with product inquiries, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain organized and attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked by replenishing inventory, managing stock levels, and organizing shelves efficiently
- Apply phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries, providing clear and helpful information
- Support supervising staff by overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and customer engagement.
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience preferred,
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication and clear phone etiquette.
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management techniques
- Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
