Two days midnight to 8 am, two days 4p to midnight
Front Desk
- Checking in guests and handling guest requests
- Checking out guests when they are leaving
- answering phones
- Help with laundry
- Day shift will be responsible for breakfast

We’re looking for a person for Front Desk to assist guests with their requests and other duties that relate to a front desk person.
Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile end of shift
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
