What You’ll Do
- Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in
- Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler
- Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our signature oversized, elevated presentation
- Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact
- Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift
- Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision
- Support prep and team needs during slower periods
- Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish
- Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
- At least 6 months in a similar line cook role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams
- A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
- A sharp eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude and a passion for food, teamwork, and growth
