You’ll empower customers to make confident decisions by connecting them with Product Knowledge Specialists and Sales Managers, ensuring a smooth, respectful, and transparent process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Review the daily service schedule to identify clients who qualify for upgrade opportunities
- Greet all Service Clients and provide accurate trade-in values, incentives, and upgrade program details
- Build rapport and create a positive, pressure-free customer experience
- Connect interested clients with Sales Managers and Product Knowledge Specialists
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and clear communication at all times
- Consistently support a respectful, team-oriented environment across departments
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or related customer-facing experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and web-based tools
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for 3 years
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Full-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
