What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Inspection Scheduler position at HAS Properties?
The Receptionist will have the primary day-to-day responsibility to perform a wide range of receptionist and clerical duties in support of the Housing Authority operations and staff. The Receptionist will welcome and screen clients/visitors; respond to general inquiries; assist clients/visitors with filling out basic forms; receive and route various forms, faxes, and internal communications. Answer, forward calls and take messages as needed. Refer and/or transfer callers to appropriate department staff with accuracy and efficiency.
In addition, the Receptionist will handle all duties related to inspection scheduling and results, including scheduling and tracking inspections, maintaining inspections records and communicating with inspectors, property management staff and residents to ensure timely completion of inspections and adherence to HUD requirements.
