Integrated Professional Management is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to assist with document control, scheduling, and coordination of client-related initiatives.
This role plays a key part in ensuring applications, documentation, and project requirements are properly tracked and organized.
Key Duties
- Maintain organized project files and digital records
- Track submissions and applications for various initiatives
- Maintain a master calendar for meetings and project milestones
- Coordinate communications with applicants and stakeholders
- Ensure documentation requirements are met before submissions
- Manage administrative checklists for compliance and approvals
- Publish notices on company or municipal websites
- Coordinate public notices with newspapers when required
- Provide word processing and document formatting support
- Assist leadership with project-related administrative tasks
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications
- 3 years administrative or project support experience
- Strong organization and document management skills
- Excellent written communication
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Apple devices and Pages preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Professional communication and people-skills
