Location: Honesdale, PA

Hours: 10-15 hours weekly
Pay: $23-$30/hour

Role Overview

Integrated Professional Management is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to assist with document control, scheduling, and coordination of client-related initiatives.

This role plays a key part in ensuring applications, documentation, and project requirements are properly tracked and organized.

Key Duties

  • Maintain organized project files and digital records
  • Track submissions and applications for various initiatives
  • Maintain a master calendar for meetings and project milestones
  • Coordinate communications with applicants and stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation requirements are met before submissions
  • Manage administrative checklists for compliance and approvals
  • Publish notices on company or municipal websites
  • Coordinate public notices with newspapers when required
  • Provide word processing and document formatting support
  • Assist leadership with project-related administrative tasks

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications

  • 3 years administrative or project support experience
  • Strong organization and document management skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with Apple devices and Pages preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Professional communication and people-skills
