Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
• Accurately document service work and repairs using company tablet
• Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years field experience required
• Installation experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Must provide own hand tools
