Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club (Tobyhanna, PA), is seeking an experienced, hardworking, and knowledgeable Assistant Director of Public Safety and Compliance to join our team. This role is a full-time, hands-on position that requires inspections of Association amenities to ensure that all facilities are compliant and secure at the close of business each night. This position is vital in supporting the community along with supporting and assisting other department managers. The successful applicant will be required to work evening shifts, Holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety at all amenities
- Support other management staff
- Building security
- Oversight of all video and alarm systems
- Supervising departmental staff
- Enforcement of all community rules
- Building code enforcement
- Basic understanding of Township rules and regulations
- Ability to maintain/enhance our working relationship with the Township

Qualifications:
- Prior community based Public Safety or enforcement/community compliance is preferred.
