Our client, Equity Roofing, a highly rated roofing company headquartered in Mifflinburg, Pa, with a reputation for listening to customers and delivering 5-star service is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Sales Team in their Harrisburg, Pa. office
Performance objectives for this Inside Sales role include:
- Managing the new lead intake process.
- Fostering successful customer relationships through a full life-cycle account management approach: sale to project completion.
- Coordinating scheduling / customer visits, and presentations for the outside sales team.
- Setting up sales opportunities through various tools (CRM, etc.) and assisting the outside sales team in delivering an effective presentation to customers.

- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability type quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable learning and mastering new software programs and other technology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate a professional discussion through various channels such as phone, email, Teams / Zoom.
- Ability to work in a team environment with different personalities and skill sets.
- Prior experience in a sales or similar administrative role preferred.
- Prior construction or roofing experience preferred.
