The Lead Intake/Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for many Equity Roofing customers during after-hours, setting the tone for the customer experience. This role is essential in capturing new leads, responding to inquiries, and providing timely, professional communication. While not involved in the direct sales process, the representative supports the sales team by accurately gathering information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative. Experience and Skills:
