RV Parts Sales Associate

Harvey RV & Marine is hiring a FULL-TIME Retail Parts Sales Associate

Our Parts Sales Associates are a vital part of the Harvey RV & Marine team, making sure customers are set for success and on the path to their ideal camping experience. In this role, you get to teach people how to use their new RV and then outfit them with accessories to help make their experience more enjoyable. The workdays are fast-paced, and you are rewarded for excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist the retail guests promptly, providing excellent customer service
• Provide customers with New & Used RV orientations
• Effectively communicate with customers to help make their experience enjoyable
• Conduct parts research and look up parts as needed
• Stay up to date on products and services offered by Harvey RV & Marine
• Ensure the parts department is kept clean, organized, and stocked maintaining merchandise displays

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

• Retail and merchandising experience is a plus
• RV experience and knowledge are helpful but not required
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service ability
• Previous experience in a Dealership or Auto Parts Retail Store is helpful but not required
• Good knowledge of product and mechanical/electrical parts is helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills are required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Overtime required

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, retail, parts, or accessories of any type is preferred, but not required
• On-site training provided to prepare you with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful
