Client is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support IT initiatives by analysing business needs, improving operational processes, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements and successful technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Evaluate and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers, system administrators, and vendors.
- Support project teams through requirements validation, testing, change management, and solution implementation.
- Perform workflow analysis, data validation, and root cause analysis for business and system issues.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, system documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, standards, and strategic goals.
- Evaluate technology solutions and recommend process and operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering business process improvement, workflow modeling, and testing methodologies.
- Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- CBAP, CCBA, ECBA (IIBA)
- PMP or CAPM (PMI)
- Lean Six Sigma
- ITIL
- COBIT
