Job Title: SAP Support Specialist(SAP S/4HANA implementation)

Location: Paramus, NJ

Duration: 2 Months Contract to Hire

Job Description:

The SAP Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional and technical support for SAP systems to ensure smooth daily business operations. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, supporting logistics and finance processes, and collaborating with global SAP teams to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain SAP reports and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate closely with the Global SAP team to investigate and resolve system-related incidents and enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day SAP support for Logistics and Finance teams, including sales and operational transactions.
• Create and maintain user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to end users to improve system adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor SAP system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure stability and optimal operation.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SAP master data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying system enhancements and process optimization opportunities.
• Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Customer Service, Quality & Logistics and/or Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP applications (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, or related modules).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SAP environments.
• Experience developing SAP reports and documentation (SOPs, user manuals).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support and training.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global or enterprise SAP environments.
• Knowledge of business processes in logistics, supply chain, or finance.
• Familiarity with change management, testing, and system upgrades.
