Title: Marketing Manager IV (CLM Campaign Manager)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CLM Campaign Manager to support the execution of customer lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with Senior CLM Strategists to develop campaign briefs, drive launch readiness, and translate campaign performance into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed campaign briefs, including campaign scope, audience segmentation, and landing destination matrices.
- Partner with Senior CLM Strategists to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across US and Rest of World markets.
- Translate campaign performance data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with analytics teams on weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
- Manage campaign launch readiness, including QA, go/no-go decisions, and live campaign monitoring.
- Coordinate creative updates, audience refreshes, and journey optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Campaign Management, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Marketing Strategy.
- Strong experience developing campaign briefs and audience segmentation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, or Responsys.
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to convert campaign performance into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SQL.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in multi-market campaign execution and segmentation management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing campaign launch readiness, QA, and go/no-go decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Salary : $70 - $76
