Role: Finance - Accountant I
Location: Lehi UT (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:
• • Email communication to Customers - C
• Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices) – D
• Prepare statements for customers – D
• Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances – C
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls - D
• Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy - D
Qualifications:
•• Education: High School Diploma
• 1-2 years collection/Accounts Receivable Experience
• 1 year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $25/hr to $27/hr with Benefits for this position.
