About the Role:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for Frankfort, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users
- Configure, install, and deploy computer hardware and related equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Respond to and manage support tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
- Assist with workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with computer setup, configuration, and installation
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software support
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
