Entry-Level Marketing & Event Assistant

Harvest Events is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing & Event Assistants.
This is an in-person, entry-level position supporting face-to-face fundraising and promotional events on behalf of nonprofit organizations. Our team represents nonprofit campaigns in public locations, speaking directly with members of the community, educating them about the organization’s mission, and helping generate donor support.
No previous fundraising or marketing experience is required. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit organizations at in-person events and fundraising locations
- Speak with members of the public about nonprofit campaigns and their impact
- Help generate new donor support through face-to-face conversations
- Assist with event setup, organization, and daily operations
- Work alongside a team to achieve individual and campaign goals
- Develop communication, fundraising, sales, and leadership skills
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of our nonprofit partners
What We’re Looking For

- Interested in developing communication, marketing, fundraising, or leadership experience
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, marketing, events, or fundraising can be helpful but is not required.
Compensation
$500 weekly base pay performance-based bonuses
Bonuses are earned based on successful donor acquisitions and typically ranges from $50–$150 per donation, depending on campaign and performance.
This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor opportunity.
