Finish Line Promotions is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, brand representation, customer engagement,and event-based promotions. You’ll work directly with customers, represent established client brands, and help deliver promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract new customers and support business growth.

No previous experience in marketing is required. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing their professional skills through practical experience, training and coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Represent client brands professionally at promotional activities and customer engagement events.
• Communicate brand messages, products and services clearly and confidently.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs and create positive brand experiences.
• Assist with customer acquisition and campaign growth initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service.
• Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback on campaign performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign objectives.
• Participate in training, coaching and development sessions.
• Develop practical skills in marketing, communications, events and business development.
