A campaign only works when someone is there to represent it.
Finish Line Promotions runs in-person promotional campaigns for client brands across Charlotte. Our teams set up at retail locations, promotional events, and other public venues; start conversations with prospective customers; explain what a client offers; and help interested people sign up.
As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you join one of those teams. You will be out in front of customers from day one, representing campaigns alongside colleagues who are doing the same work beside you.
What the job actually involves
- Representing client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and campaign venues around Charlotte
- Approaching prospective customers in person and starting the conversation rather than waiting for them to come to you
- Explaining products, services, and promotional offers clearly, and answering questions along the way
- Helping interested customers complete sign-ups and registrations, and recording those interactions accurately
- Working toward individual and team customer engagement and acquisition goals
- Taking part in training and applying coaching to sharpen your campaign knowledge and customer-facing skills
Yes, this is customer acquisition work. It is in person, it is measured, and it is done with a team.

People who talk to strangers comfortably, listen before they respond, show up reliably, and take feedback and use it. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or promotions helps, but it is not required. No degree required. We train you.
You will need to be available full-time and on-site in Charlotte.
