What You’ll Do

Design & Execute Exceptional Events

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, from concept through completion
• Infuse each event with creativity and intentional design—from menu presentation to flow, setup, and guest experience
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless, high-quality execution
• Be hands-on in bringing events to life, ensuring every detail reflects the vision

Partner & Inspire Clients

• Serve as a trusted partner to campus clients, guiding them through the event planning process
• Translate client goals into creative, customized event concepts that feel fresh, relevant, and engaging
• Offer recommendations that reflect Harvest Table’s culinary philosophy and elevated approach

Lead with Strategy & Precision

• Manage event logistics including timelines, staffing coordination, and communication
• Balance multiple events with strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving
• Ensure financial, operational, and service standards are consistently met

Champion the Harvest Table Experience

• Bring our brand to life through authentic hospitality, thoughtful design, and purposeful sourcing
• Highlight our commitment to local farms, real ingredients, and meaningful food experiences
• Create events that feel both elevated and approachable, rooted in community and connection

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning
• A proven ability to manage events from concept through execution
