What You’ll Do
Design & Execute Exceptional Events
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, from concept through completion
- Infuse each event with creativity and intentional design—from menu presentation to flow, setup, and guest experience
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless, high-quality execution
- Be hands-on in bringing events to life, ensuring every detail reflects the vision
Partner & Inspire Clients
- Serve as a trusted partner to campus clients, guiding them through the event planning process
- Translate client goals into creative, customized event concepts that feel fresh, relevant, and engaging
- Offer recommendations that reflect Harvest Table’s culinary philosophy and elevated approach
Lead with Strategy & Precision
- Manage event logistics including timelines, staffing coordination, and communication
- Balance multiple events with strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving
- Ensure financial, operational, and service standards are consistently met
Champion the Harvest Table Experience
- Bring our brand to life through authentic hospitality, thoughtful design, and purposeful sourcing
- Highlight our commitment to local farms, real ingredients, and meaningful food experiences
- Create events that feel both elevated and approachable, rooted in community and connection
