What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Manager position at Harvest Smokehouse?
Join us at Harvest Smokehouse! We are expanding our team and looking for a multitasking candidate with initiative to help manage and operate our storefront.
From our storefront, attached to the Golden Harvest Farms road stand, we serve authentic applewood smoked meats, as well as sandwiches, fries, and our take on a few classic bbq sides.
The position requires engaging in a fast-paced customer service environment, taking orders directly from guests at the register and ensuring they are fulfilled properly. This is a solo position, with support being added during busiest hours, and requires using toast POS system. In addition to working the counter, expectations include conspiring with BOH manager, taking inventory of FOH stock, scheduling support for counter, providing support with catering orders, among other tasks. This is a multifaceted role that directly engages with many operations here at Harvest Smokehouse. Come help us build our team!
