About the role: We are seeking a full time solar installer that has roofing/construction experience. You will be working under the direction of a Foreman, installing pitched roof, residential solar projects throughout Long Island and the boroughs.

Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a foreman installing roof mounted solar photovoltaic systems
- Assisting with mapping roof layouts
- Finding roof rafters
- Build racking system
- Basic electric wiring of PV arrays
- PVC/ EMT bending
- Installing solar panels
- Running wires in attic
Qualifications and Skills:
- MUST have experience in roofing, carpentry, exterior home improvements, or general construction
- MUST be comfortable working on pitched roofs
- Must be able to work on feet all day and lift min 50 lbs
- Knows proper usage of harnesses and other safety gear
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to ascend/descend a ladder and rooftop
- Driver License and reliable transportation is required- YOU ARE EXPECTED TO MEET ON THE JOBSITE EVERY MORNING
