**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Server and/or Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell drinks and menu items to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
**Skills:**
- Three Years Experience in serving/bartending or hospitality industry required
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
