What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Bella Roma Grill?
We’re looking for a professional, outgoing, and well-presented bartender to join our team!
You must be very talkative, comfortable engaging with all types of customers, and able to create a warm, welcoming environment at the bar. Strong communication skills and a friendly personality are key.
We’re also looking for someone creative—able to come up with weekly drink specials, bring fresh ideas to boost sales, and help take our bar program to the next level.
You must be well-kept, dress nicely, and maintain good personal grooming and hygiene. Elegance and professionalism are important to us, both in how you present yourself and how you work.
Previous bartending experience is a plus
